simpsons and schenectady

Journal Entry: Thu Oct 18, 2007, 10:59 AM
So, to sum it all up, we moved from Amsterdam and a waterless/heatless house, to a nice new apartment in lower suburban Schenectady. No stabbings for us (hopefully). The cats are all here and fixed, save for Ally McBeal, but I wouldn't want her to loose her sassy female lawyer persona.

Saw 'The Simpsons Movie' three times, but I recieved no horriffic images or prize of any time, proving the third time is not, in fact, the charm. But it fucking rocked my world, so I digress. Put me totally back in the mood to write tons of fan fiction, and I love it, and will be posting it at www.fanfiction.net/~haley cause I no longer have my illustrious domain name (RIP haleyville.net).

Oh, yes, and we have internet (my love, The Chris) so I will be here and creating and being my strange self. Love to everything that doesn't suck.

So, I'm sorry for the 1,999 Deviations I haven't checked, and I'm seeing eleven Messages and one P. I don't even know what a P is, I haven't been here in so long. Be assured I'm still taking pictures, too many pictures, and now actually have my computer at my house. It is a matter of getting a job with the cable company at the job fair this Thursday, and then they'll come hook us up for free. It's what I'm banking on, anyway. That, and Showtime picking up Arrested Development. Fox is airing it's last episodes of the season (hopefully not the series) in a two hour block, February 10th. So lets everyone say a big, "SCREW YOU!" to the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics on NBC and get a big heaping helping of Arrested Development before it's gone.

all my love, and to those who I share something with, we'll share it again.

The Turtles are Eternal.

Yeah, had our first formal meal at the table, and that was kinda neat. Chris is off doing his thing and I am left doing my thing. I have a car to use, but it still isn't my car and it's heartbreaking. I need employment. I need employment. Chris has it (Subway, of all things, it's cute) and that's really fucking awesome. I need to pay back some mondo debt before it gets too deep, and I'll be fine as long as I'm working and since I will be working than everything's fine. Loving/Living/Brought a kitten up to the apartment, and named her Ally in honor of reaching the fifth and final season of Ally McBeal. I'm in a weird seasonal/transitional mood, but with Halloween and our second anniversary approaching (rock!) I feel like I'm emerging happier and stuff. I love cats. My hand still hurts, though. It's hurt all week, and typing blows. So I'm done :0)

The Turtles are Eternal.

So, Chris and I just took out first vacation alone, which fucking rocked. Hope it can be some sort of traditional dealy surrounding the birthday/anniversary months (anytime between August 27th and October 31st) and hope that I get back near this computer to show you my wonderful photos that I took there. I had a job for a month, and once I get one this week, the computer is coming with me. So, hopefully, regular updates/comments/existance will resume within one to two weeks. No C.O.D.'s.

Love to all, and Hilary Duff.

She rocks live. I love it. Seen her twice now, would give a toe to see it again.

The Turtles are Eternal.

Spent last night in Danvers, MA, outside of Salem for a cousin's wedding. Not too familliar with much family, but weddings consist of free things, as do trips with my mother, so I started out positive. Then, little, weird things just kept occuring.

I'd tell you, but I have photo-documentation, and that's what this place is all about.

I will say that the Massachusettians are some of the worst drivers I've encountered, and this is after that whole road-trip to Florida where I did most of the driving. That was nothing compared to this, don't think I saw a turn signal anywhere on the highway, and all the people were either yelling or talking on the phone or flipping me off for only driving ten miles over the speed limit.

I'll be cutting to the chase now, and instructing you to take a gander to your left, at any pic with the title Massachusetts is Strange. Or any other photo. Feedback, people.
